Purchase Agreement & Health Guarantee
Thank You for your interest in purchasing one of our puppies. Please feel free to text or call me with any questions or concerns that you may have along the way.
Purchase Agreement- By putting a deposit on a puppy,
you are agreeing to the terms & conditions within this contract.
* We require a non-refundable $300 dollar deposit in order to hold the puppy of your choice. Deposits may be made via PayPal, Venmo, or cash. The deposit is non-refundable, unless there is a problem with the health of your puppy. In that case, the buyer will have their choice of full refund or of transferring that the deposit toward another puppy.
The deposit will be applied to the puppy's total purchase price.
* The remaining balance will need to be paid in full cash before a puppy can be picked up or shipped to its new home.
Full Breeding Rights are available for an additional fee.
Health Guarantee- Usually at the age of 6-8 weeks the puppy will be ready to go home with you. The puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. The pup will have dewclaws removed, will be current on appropriate vaccinations and deworming. It is important to continue the deworming & vaccination schedule. The pup has received a Well Puppy exam by a licensed veterinarian. Health Certificate and immunizations & de-worming records will be furnished at the time of pick-up.
Shipping- We use a trusted flight nanny to fly our Goldens to you. This will be at the expense of the buyer. I can also meet you at the airport if you choose to fly home with your puppy. You will need to pay for the soft carryon crate, and anything else the airline requires.
Your puppy has been loved and cared for. When you buy a golden retriever from us we are so happy to have you contact us for questions, information and support for the lifetime of the puppy!

Some people are dog lovers, others are not. I have been a lover of dogs ever since I can remember. My parents, however, were not so much. But they knew how much I "wanted", "needed", "had to have", "hoped for", and even prayed for one of those furry four-legged best friends. I got my first dog when I was 5 years old. My mom filmed me on video holding my first puppy smiling ear to ear, talking about how my neighbor gave me a puppy because I would never let his dog go home. My parents understood then that I really was happier having a dog by my side. And ever since then I have had a dog or dogs in my life.
I have loved every different mutt, purebred, or papered pup I ever had.
Over the years I have learned so much about raising dogs
and being a responsible dog breeder.
I might just be a "crazy dog person", but dogs have always made me happy. My kids come by it honestly by having parents that love dogs.
As a family we love & enjoy our Goldens.
We truly do feel that we get to raise happiness and pass it on to you!
